Utah Mammoth STEM Day.

Utah Mammoth STEM Day gives students in grades 4-6 the opportunity to combine education, exploration and hockey in an exciting hands-on experience at the Utah Mammoth Ice Center. Students will learn how the concepts of science, technology, engineering and math connect to the game of hockey. Through interactive stations, students will explore topics such as the science of ice, the physics behind skating, hockey statistics, how angles, speed and motion affect a player on the ice and the fundamentals of hockey. These experiences will make learning fun, interactive and memorable while showing students that the skills they learn in the classroom have real world applications.
